Empowering Working-Class New Yorkers
Arming everyday New Yorkers with knowledge and tools to stand against big money interests and corporate developments.
Our Mission
The Lafayette Unity Alliance is dedicated to educating and empowering working-class taxpayers, tenants, and low-income cooperative shareholders across New York City, with a special focus on the Bronx. Through accessible information, vital resources, and strategic coalition-building, we champion reforms in senior rights, tenants' rights, and non-sponsor shareholders' rightsβleveraging bylaws, proprietary leases, and cooperative plans to level the playing field.
